START HERE! Take this quick survey to let us know you are interested in participating in an internship.
If you are approved and participating in a Washoe County School District approved internship, you will need to complete the following documents:
- Work-Based Learning Permission & Indemnification Forms (3 forms total to complete & return)
- Work-Based Learning Parent/Guardian Consent
- Student Private Transportation Permission
- Parent/Guardian Waiver of Liability
- Washoe County School District Work-Based Learning Training Agreement (1 form to complete & return)
- Workplace Safety Training & Quiz (read/watch 5 training articles/videos & answer comprehension questions)
- All forms should be completed & returned to the internship instructor assigned at your school or to Crystal Edwards, the WCSD Internship Coordinator (CMEdwards@washoeschools.net)
