Students participating in a Washoe County School District approved internship will need to complete the following:

• Work-Based Learning Permission & Indemnification Forms
  • Work-Based Learning Parent/Guardian Consent
  • Student Private Transportation Permission
  • Parent/Guardian Waiver of Liability
• Washoe County School District Work-Based Learning Training Agreement
• Workplace Safety Training & Quiz
