The mission of the Office of Information Technology is to provide service, support, guidance, and leadership as it relates to technology. We are committed to developing and maintaining a 21st Century learning environment for students and staff throughout the Washoe County School District.

We accomplish this mission by working closely with other offices and departments to find technology solutions that help them achieve their goals and providing support for those solutions. We also facilitate the development of technology standards that help ensure all users can work in an environment they are familiar with and can be the most productive in, whether staff or student.
