The District has experienced an increased level of emails (spam-quarantined) by sources outside the school district targeted at trying to get WCSD staff to click on and visit criminal-based sites and enter confidential information. Therefore, as a precaution, Payroll will no longer include a link to Employee Online in our e-mail communications (EOPY@washoeschools.net). This means that you should access Employee Online by going to the District’s main web site or using a trusted link you have saved. We hope that by not using links in our emails, this will help prevent employees from clicking on a phishing scam link because it's mistaken for an email from Payroll. If in doubt DO NOT CLICK on any links in an email, report the email to spamscam@washoeschools.net or contact the Information Security Office at 775-789-3422
