6/2/2023, 2:28 p.m: Traner Middle School has returned to Code Green. The school was temporarily in Code Red while a possible threat of a weapon was investigated. No threat or weapon was found and students are being released at the regular time.

5/30/23, Damonte Ranch High School was briefly placed under a precautionary code yellow secured campus due to police activity in the area this morning. The school has returned to regular operations. Washoeschools.net/alert
