Designated supports, features, and tools are available to all students for whom the need is identified.

Designated supports should be made available to students when determined appropriate and necessary for use during instruction and assessment. The decision to use designated supports is determined by a team of educators with student and guardian input, or specified in a student's IEP or Section 504 plan. Accessibility supports identified for a student should be used appropriately and consistently.
