Christine Hull
Trustee Christine Hull began her term in January 2025 representing District A, which is comprised of the area of south and southeast Reno, Washoe Valley, and Incline Village.
Christine has been an educator for two decades, a dream she had since her first day of kindergarten. She strives to make classrooms safe spaces for all students, where students can learn through inquiry, sharing and collaboration. Through her years of teaching and working alongside other teachers, she discovered that she could become an even better practitioner. This led her to leading professional learning, developing curriculum and running cool and life-changing programs. She now coordinates We the People, History Day, and a variety of other ways that she found to support students and to support teachers too in a much bigger way.
Trustee Hull is an active community member and has served in several leadership roles throughout her life. Most recently, she served and volunteered on the Washoe County School District Zoning Advisory Committee (ZAC). Her interest in this committee began because she had children in WCSD schools that were likely facing overcrowding issues, and she wanted to be more informed and get involved. Her passion for involvement is also evident through her participation on the Facility Modernization Plan committee, advocating for all schools.
Christine looks forward to serving on the Board and is passionate about advocating for the students, staff and families in District A.
Trustee Hull welcomes constituent feedback. Please feel free to contact her with your thoughts or concerns at any time.
