    As we enter the 2024-25 school year, there are many incentives and bonuses available for positions throughout district, including $5,000 recruitment and retention bonuses for special education positions. Allowances are available for positions in Incline Village and Gerlach. Recent retirees from the district are eligible to fill critical needs positions, including those who may have taken early separation (without repayment).

    Interested in teaching but not sure if you have the right qualifications? We can help! There are many paths towards achieving full licensure, and we will work with you through our Alternative Route to Licensure program.
