    Objectives
    ​1. Learn to code animations and games.
    2. Learn to code an interactive story.
    3. Develop your own story to code.
    4. Research coding.

    INTRODUCTION:  Using PowerPoint, create a title and introduction slide. These slides must have the authors first and last names. The objectives must be REWRITTEN IN YOUR OWN WORDS. The presentation must be aesthetically pleasing and grammatically correct.

    3. Animate your name, and make your name fly.
    4. Go to this site
    5. Watch a couple videos in the category, “Scratch Design Studio - Day in the Life”
    6. Create a day in the life of a Depoali student.

    RESEARCH: 
    1.  What is coding and what is its purpose?
    2. What does the word “scratch” mean in regards to coding?
    3. Who developed the program and why?
    4. What other programs are similar to Scratch? Find at least 5 programs

    CRITICAL THINKING:  
    1. List 3 different coding languages and what makes each language useful?

    EXTEND: 
    1. Watch this tutorial
    2.  Now you are going to create your own game.
    3. Make sure your game has multiple characters and a way to win.
