Welcome to the 2020 - 2021 school year! Physical education class will look different for the start of the school year. Read the Pine Middle School PE Management and Procedures hand-out and get it signed by a parent and turned into your PE teaccher.
Due to restrictions of physical activity caused by wearing masks, physical activity will be limited to exercises and activiies that are not strenuous.
Walking, flexibility, dance, rthymic activities, mindfullness exercises and low intensity bodyweight exercises will be the main activities performed in class.
Lastly, Microsoft Teams will be the platform the Physical Education Department will be using for hybrid distance learning assignments.
