Organize a parade of cars to drive past your principals house. Hold signs of appreciation out the window to let administrators you are thankful for their leadership.

Appreciation Word Clouds: Create a wordle for students, staff or families to show them appreciation. " I used wordclouds.com (the free version) to create . It was super user-friendly and were fun to create. You can choose the shape, font, amount of words and color and background of each wordle. So I personalized one for every staff member at Risley. I have 54 staff members. It took me about 4 hours to do one for every person."
