Nevada’ Framework for Equitable Integrated System of Student Supports:
In accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the Nevada Legislature passed AB275 (2017)
that formed the Nevada Integrated Student Supports (NISS). NISS is an equitable integrated MultiTiered System of Supports (MTSS), a framework that builds systems for strong, effective, and sustainable implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure Nevada’s students receive the most impactful services, practices, and resources based upon responsiveness to effective instruction and intervention. -
SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI)
The purpose of the SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) is to provide a valid, reliable, and efficient measure of the extent to which school personnel are applying the core features of school-wide positive behavioral interventions and supports (SWPBIS).

Tier Two: Group Problem Solving Form
The Tier Two Group Problem Solving Form allows for MTSS teams to thoughtfully consider intervention implementation which matches the behavioral skills and perceived function of behavior for a small group of students.

Tier Three: Individualized Intervention Plan &Problem Solving Form
Tier Three interventions are distinguished from Tier Two interventions because they are individualized based on data collected in individual problem solving, occur with smaller student-teacher ratios and possibly occur for a longer duration of time.
