It is my pleasure to serve Washoe County School District as an Associate Chief.  Since 1996, I have been with Washoe County School District serving as special education teacher (Lois Allen Elementary School), Dean of Students (Lois Allen Elementary School), Assistant Principal (Lois Allen Elementary School) and for 16 years I served as principal of both Alice Maxwell and most recently, Roger Corbett Elementary. 

I hold a strong belief that all students deserve a high-quality education at all levels within our system.  This includes a robust academic program, a strong community which is safe, caring and pushes students to reach their highest level academically and opportunities to engage in extracurricular activities. 

My role as an Associate Chief is to support schools to engage students, families, and the community so our children are successful and feel empowered as learners while in school and beyond!
