IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION
Incoming kindergarten students must have current immunizations to start school and new students in grades K-12th. Additionally, students entering 7th grade need to complete specific immunization requirements before they start school. Review the link below for more information about the immunization requirements. Access to vaccination records is also available through WebIZ, a confidential online system in the State of Nevada that keeps track of immunization records. For additional guidance on how to obtain immunization records, visit www.immunizenevada.org.
