Thank you for joining us as we celebrate the opening of one of our newest schools and remember the life of the school’s namesake, Officer John C. Bohach. We are honored to have you all here today to see this beautiful new facility. Thank you to all of the Washoe County voters who voted for the capital funding ballot initiative in 2016. It’s because of you that we have been able to open five new schools and have four more new builds in progress. These new schools are relieving overcrowding throughout our district and are ensuring that our students have schools that are safe, warm, and dry.
