Average Daily Enrollment
Starting with the 2015-2016 school year for each quarter, the number of days a student was enrolled divided by the number of days in the quarter is the ADE for a student. Each student’s ADE is added for a school and reported to the Nevada Department of Education (NDE). The NDE then pays the District’s apportionment based on the ADE number. On the last day of the quarter, the ADE is calculated and students may be represented by a fractional number if they were not enrolled the entire quarter.
