WCSD Needs You: Recruitment Fairs and
Hiring Events to be Held in Coming Weeks
What: The Washoe County School District (WCSD) is looking for highly qualified teachers, special education staff members, classroom aides and assistants, and therapists to fill more than 100 vacancies before the beginning of school on Monday, August 12.
The district is also looking for transportation staff members, nutrition services personnel, and individuals with a variety of other skills to work in departments across WCSD.
WCSD has scheduled numerous hiring events and recruitment fairs in the next few weeks to provide opportunities for interested individuals to explore job opportunities with the district. WCSD offers competitive wages, generous health benefits that are effective on the first contracted day of work, and enrollment in the Public Employment Retirement System (PERS).
