This engaging after-school program for girls is offered through numerous elementary and middle schools throughout the district for the Fall season. It centers on empowering girls to build physical, mental, emotional, and interpersonal well-being. The 10-week curriculum culminates with a community-organized 5K event in which volunteers and families can get involved. The run takes place in November each year. Schools looking to host a Girls on the Run program may reach out to begin in Spring.
