  • After I Register Online, What Do I Do Next?

    The original forms listed below from the registration packets must be submitted to the Extended Studies office each semester:

     

    PE Options:

    • The Statement of Understanding form signed by the parent/guardian and student

     

    SCPE:

    • The Statement of Understanding form signed by the parent/guardian and student

    • The Student Application for SCPE

    • The Application for the Coach

     

     NOTE: Community Service is not available for online registration, as they require prior approval before registering.

  • After I Register, Will My Counselor Be Notified?

    Yes, we will send an email registration notification to the school counselor.

  • When Does My Coach/Instructor Sign My Attendance Card?

    The PE Options Attendance Card is to be signed by the class instructor after every group class attended and by the manager/supervisor at the end of the month.

    • Also, the gym schedule must be submitted showing which classes were attended.

     

    The SCPE Attendance Reports is be signed each day of practice/competition by the coach.

    • The student must complete all questions on this two (2) page report prior to submitting to Extended Studies.

  • How Many Hours Can I Count Daily For SCPE & PE Options?:

                      SCPE: Up to 4 hours per day

                      PE Options: Up to 2 hours per day

  • When Do I Submit My Hours?

    Hours are submitted at the beginning of each month for the previous month. Documentation of all hours is due 2 weeks before the end of the semester.

  • Do I Need To Attach A Class Schedule Each Month For PE Options?

    A group class schedule from the gym, with the classes that the student attended circled, must be attached monthly to the PE Options Attendance Card.

  • What Do I Need To Know As A Senior?

    Seniors hours are due 3 weeks prior to the end of the semester. This allows time for finals to be graded and grades to be entered on transcripts for graduation.
