The AESOP Accounting Code Project is a multi-departmental project managed by Substitute Services with cooperation from the Grants Department and the Office of Business & Financial Services (implemented in October 2016). The tutorials on this page should help timekeepers and teachers with the accounting code process in AESOP.

DW3002A: Substitute Charge – Grants

This report is found on the Timekeeper Dashboard.  You can run this report for any grant account and it can be used to verify sub attendance and charges.  You should always change the date range to reflect the payroll period you want to retrieve data from.  Data will be available for the current pay period on/and after the 22^nd of each month.  You should also type in the grant budget segments in each field.  (Hint: You can run this report for general fund accounts as well if you want a longer version of the DW3002B.)

DW3002B: Substitute Charge – Non-Grants

This report is found on the Timekeeper Dashboard. You can run this report for any general fund account.  You should always change the date range to reflect the payroll period you want to retrieve data from.  Data will be available for the current pay period on/and after the 22^nd of each month.  You should also type in the general fund budget segments in each field.  (Hint: You can run this report for grant accounts as well if you want a shorter version of the DW3002A.)
