Transporting Musical Instruments
All instruments must be kept in their case and with the student. Students who have instruments that are taller than the seat must sit next to the instrument toward the front of the bus so as not to block the driver's visibility.
The following instruments, in their case, may be transported at any time:
- Alto Saxophone
- Bass Clarinet
- French horn
- Tenor Saxophone
The following instruments, in their case, are allowed on the bus only if a seat is available:

- ¾ Tuba
The following instruments, in their case, are allowed only on music trips and not on a daily route bus:
- 4/4 Cello
- String Bass
Items Not Allowed on the Bus:

- Any object that cannot be safely controlled by the student in the seat, or upright on the floor between their knees is not allowed. The bus driver has the authority to make the final decision if the object can be on the bus or not.
- Items that cannot be safely transported on a pupil's lap, or stowed in an empty seat, or directly under the seat, are prohibited.
General Bus Rules:
- Keep cases, instruments, and other belongings under control at all times.
