    For employees on WCSD medical insurance, you have an opportunity to qualify for a reduced premium rate by participating in the Wellness Program. You can save up to $40.00 a month per employee and spouse on the plan.

    In order to qualify for the discount on your monthly premium, you must:

    1. Complete an annual wellness visit with your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
    2. Complete the online Health Assessment which is available September 1, 2025 - December 1, 2025, on the Sydney Health App
