    The Mission of the Administrative Investigations Unit is to efficiently and effectively support the Office of the General Counsel by providing professional, ethical and unbiased investigations regarding active or anticipated litigation matters.
     
    Major Functions of the Administrative Investigator
     
     
    • Provide investigative services to the Office of the General Counsel in preparation for litigation
    • Provide investigative services into allegations of staff on student bullying, harassment, and discrimination
    • Provide investigative support to the Department of Labor Relations in employee discipline matters
    • Provide investigative resources and assistance to school administrators conducting student on student bullying investigations
    • Provide investigative resources and assistance to the Risk Management Department
    • Provide investigative resources and assistance to the Office of Human Resources conducting employee complaint investigations
