Frequent hand-washing with soap and water by students and staff is the most effective way to prevent the spread of communicable diseases like norovirus, COVID-19, flu the common cold, and sore throat.

Always wash your hands after using the bathroom and before eating.

It is important to cover a cough or sneeze into your tissue or sleeve.

Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.

Make sure your child has a nutritious breakfast every morning.

Encourage outdoor time for physical activity.

Vaccines prevent serious diseases and help keep our entire community healthy. Take a moment to review your child's shot record and make sure he or she has all the required immunizations before school starts. The best way to prevent the flu is by getting a flu vaccine every year.
