Six targets were selected by the Board of Trustees on July 23, 2024, to monitor the Superintendent’s performance in meeting his position duties. These measures duplicate (3) or align with (3) strategic key actions and pillars.

Goal 1: Strong Start for Every Child
Implement an aligned P-5 strategy that provides a strong, developmentally-appropriate core curriculum focused on building literacy and numeracy. (SP Action 1.1)

Goal 2: Student Voice and Advocacy
Expand access to both extra - and co-curricular clubs and activities matched to the needs and interest of each school's student community. (SP Action 2.2)

Goal 3: Safety and Belonging

Goal 3: Safety and Belonging
Improved student safety including (a) reducing the number of major assaultive incidents among students (b) improved physical safety in buildings with a single point entry project completed, and (c) increased educator's sense of safety. (Safety and Connection)

Goal 5: Empowering Students for the Future
