Microsoft Teams is the district-recommended platform for all teachers to use for digital school days. What if my student has forgotten his/her password?
Notify your student’s teacher through email or Infinite Campus. He/she can reach the proper person to have your password reset. Please do not call the IT help desk directly. To protect student privacy, we are unable to verify your identity over the phone. If your student is in middle or high school, contact only one of their teachers.

Your student should inform his/her teacher(s) upon returning to school that he/she did not have access.
The teacher(s) will give the student the assignment(s) to complete (same procedures as being absent from school for a day).
