WCSD’s Signature Academies and CTE programs for high schools add value to the high school experience and successfully prepare students for postsecondary success. The intent of these programs, as articulated in the WCSD Strategic Plan, is to provide rigorous, stimulating curriculum that engages and motivates students; provide opportunities for students to acquire and practice 21st century skills; and prepare students for success in college and highly skills careers.
