The Davidson Academy
University School for Profoundly Gifted Pupils

Opened in 2006 and located on the University of Nevada, Reno campus, The Davidson Academy is the first public school of its kind for profoundly gifted middle and high school students. To be eligible, students must score at the 99.9th percentile on IQ and achievement tests, and be at the sixth grade level or beyond across all subject areas.
