Middle Schools

My name is Zach Lewis and I will be in my first full year as a school counselor. I began as the 7^th grade school counselor at Pine MS mid-way through the 23/24 school year after finishing my Master’s Degree in School Counseling in December of 2023. I will be the 8^th grade counselor for the 24/25 school year at Pine MS.

In my previous experience with WCSD, I worked as a Truancy Officer and Reengagement Specialist to help students overcome barriers related to school attendance. This is why school attendance is something I try to improve and encourage with all of my students. In addition, I have experience with WCSD in coaching middle and high school basketball as well as helping athletic director duties. I look forward to getting to better know all of my students this year and helping prepare them for high school.
