• Welcome to Math!

I am so excited to meet you.

Few fun facts about me. I love basketball, Duke, and coaching. I worked as a coach for the WNBA, Nike, and UNR Women's program. I think i am pretty fun but told regularly I should stick to my day job. I am married to my beautiful bride Taylor. I have been a math teacher for 8 years.

    How class will look:

    Days in class:

    1. Hand Sanitize

    2. Paper towel clean desk

    3. Do the Warm-up

    4. ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!

    5. Split into (distance) groups. Either reteach, "HELP!". Independent practice, "I think I get this stuff, I just need gentle reminders." HOT extension, "I get this, this is easy can we move on already!"

Within your groups you are getting the help you need to be successful.

    Days at Home:

    1. Attendance before noon.

    2. Log onto Teams

    3. Do the NearPod lesson for the day and answer all the questions (10 to 20 minutes)

    4. Take notes on the video because the video will be the warm-up tomorrow in class.
