    Spring Semester Notice: Please check your Spring semester schedule this weekend to ensure you know your classes. Be sure to attend the classes that are listed on your schedule starting Monday. If you have any questions or need assistance with schedule changes, please make an appointment with your counselor after attending your scheduled classes.     📢 INFORMATION FOR SENIORS 📢 

    FAFSA IS NOW OPEN!!!

    1. Student and parent contributors must create an account and gather documents. IMPORTANT: Student must have their own studentaid.gov account. Parent cannot share an account with a child.  

    1. The FAFSA form is the student's application and not parent/guardians. Students are encouraged to begin their FAFSA form and invite any additional contributors.  

    FAFSA Workshops - January 22nd and 27th 5:30pm - 7pm: Need assistance with completing FAFSA? Join UNR representative in the Library to complete your FAFSA form. Please have your FSA ID completed before attending the workshop. If you need assistance, see Ms. Carney for help.

    • The Incline High School Community Scholarship Application is NOW OPEN! The application is DUE by February 28th at 2:30pm to Ms. Carney.

    Need to meet with your counselor? 

     

    Book an appointment with your counselor HERE **please understand that students will not be pulled out of core classes for appointments—students should schedule meetings before or after school, during lunch, or during electives with teacher's permission** Parents, unless in case of emergency, please refrain from dropping in without an appointment as we will prioritize those with appointments booked with us, and sometimes we are out of the office due to district and/or IHS meetings, trainings, classroom lessons and grad planning, etc. 

    • Parents: Unless it’s an emergency, please refrain from dropping in without an appointment. We prioritize those with scheduled appointments, and at times, counselors may be out of the office or in meetings. 

    • Emergencies include situations like having two math classes or missing an English class. Please be patient as we work through all requests. Thank you for your cooperation!

    🚨 Did you know a student is considered CHRONICALLY ABSENT if they've missed 10% of these days? 

    📆That's 18 days in the academic year! 

    🩺 Exceptions that are EXEMPT from the 10% rule:

    🕒TARDIES 

    Students exceeding 11 unexcused tardies in a quarter, will lose their off-campus privileges. Students that lose their off-campus privileges will be required to check in with our Dean of Students in the lunchroom at the beginning of the lunch period and at the end.
