    We would like to welcome you to North Valleys High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, "The Panther Air Wing."  Our mission is to develop Citizens of Character Dedicated to Serving Their Nation and Community.   We accomplish this through emphasis on our three core values: Integrity First - Service Before Self - Excellence in all we do.  In addition to our aerospace science, leadership and wellness curriculum, our cadets also participate in a multitude of extracurricular activities including Rifle, Drill Team and Color Guard and Raider Challenge physical fitness competitions, and several field trips and club activities.   Additionally, our cadets volunteer throughout Reno and the surrounding areas, learning to get involved and give back to their communities.  Finally, cadets have opportunities to take on positions throughout the cadet corps, improving their leadership and communication skills.  Although COVID-19 restrictions have limited our extra-curricular activities, we have an exciting year planned for the 2020-21 school year, and look forward to meeting cadets and their families!
