The AP Contract is to be signed by BOTH students and parents indicating complete understanding of course expectations, requirement for taking the AP Exam in May, and all deadlines. Please return to Mrs. Rodriguez. 

You must get counselor approval PRIOR to enrolling in a BYU course.

It is the student's responsibility to find the teacher they would like to be a peer tutor for. Once you obtain a teacher's signature, return the completed form to your counselor.

Please note the GPA requirement to be a teacher's aide is a 3.0 and the GPA requirement to be a department aide is a 3.25.

The contract needs to be completed and returned to your counselor with a CURRENT paystub.
