    This is a distinguished honor for those who have graduated from Sparks High or are a friend of Sparks High who have made a difference for our school or in the community.  If you have someone in mind and would like to nominate them, please complete the fillable form with AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE on their achievements & SUBMIT.  Upon completion, be sure to save a copy of your nomination for yourself & your nominee.
