• Refreshments: Enjoy delicious pizza during the event
• Chaperons: Parents are invited to chaperon - we need your help to make this event a success!

Please note the following important information:

• The event will end promptly at 8:00 PM, so please arrange for on-time pick-up.
• All jumpers must have a completed online waiver prior to the event. Waivers are valid for one year.
• Jumping socks are required to wear in the park.

Please complete the bottom of the blue form passed out in class (or the one below) and return the bottom of it to your music teacher along with your payment by Friday, May 10th, 2024.
