    The Alyce Taylor PTO, a nonprofit parent-teacher organization, is excited to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a former Alyce Taylor Elementary student who is graduating from high school. The scholarship check will be issued to the recipient.

    All information on this application will be kept confidential. The recipient will be selected anonymously by a scholarship committee consisting of Alyce Taylor PTO members and Alyce Taylor Staff members.  Committee members cannot be a parent or relative of a high school senior in the graduating class.

    Eligibility Requirements

    1. The recipient must graduate during the academic year with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    2. The recipient must have attended Alyce Taylor Elementary School for at least 2 years.
    3. The application must be filled out completely and legibly.
    4. Complete all requirements listed by the deadline of this application.

    Informational Requirements

    1. A current unofficial high school transcript.
