  2024 Work Study Template

1. Collect all your pay stubs that equal 180+ hours
2. Organize said pay stubs in chronological time order(oldest to newest or newest to oldest)
3. Fill out the attached Microsoft excel Work Study Template SY22 in the same Chronological order mentioned in step 2.
4. Save as a file and email Excel worksheet to your Counselor(cc’d on this email)
5. Bring in, staple, and turn the paystubs into your Counselor.
6. Counselor will submit these documents to the district, once approved we will notify you of the approved WS credit(s)
