Do you like to take pictures with a digital camera? What about writing copy about school events and activities? Would you like to learn more about sales and marketing? Are you interested in learning about page layout and design? If you answered yes to any of these questions then yearbook is the class for you. As a member of yearbook class you will take part in numerous activities such as taking pictures of school sporting events, special luncheons, team activities or assemblies, and everyday happenings. You will be part of the planning and implementing of the school’s memory book and write captions for photos and other copy for your page spread. You will develop marketing ideas and create posters to help sell the yearbook to your fellow student body. And, you will help develop a theme for the yearbook and use this theme throughout the entire book to design page layouts.
