All of the above applies if you are applying to any other college. The longer you wait to apply the better chance there is that your application will have issues that take longer to resolve and this can affect your ability to earn a merit scholarship. You are applying as a new freshman unless you have spoken to a college recruiter and found there is a reason to apply as a transfer student.
If you are planning on staying at TMCC next fall then you should apply for the NV Promise Scholarship https://nshe.onbaseonline.com/formsAppNet/UnityForm.aspx?key=UFKey the deadline is October 31st for students attending fall of 2020. All Nevada graduates attending a two year public college in Nevada are eligible for this scholarship.
