The longer you wait to apply the better chance there is that your application will have issues that take longer to resolve and this can affect your ability to earn a merit scholarship. You are applying as a new freshman unless you have spoken to a college recruiter and found there is a reason to apply as a transfer student.

All Nevada graduates attending a two year public college in Nevada are eligible for this scholarship.
