Athlete Registration
McQueen Athletics registration is opens May 1, 2025, for the 2025-26 school year. Please register your student at Aktivate.com as soon NOW! Make sure to change the year to 25-26 when registering. See each sport on the McQueen webpage for information regarding preseason conditioning/workouts. A step by Step guide is attached below on how to register.
Physicals
A physical is required every year. The form must be completed and all fees paid prior to students participating in any school sports (preseason counts). The form must be filled out in its entirety for the first sport in which a student participates in any given school year. NIAA Physical Form
