• What Is the FAFSA?

    The Free Application for Federal Student Aid form (FAFSA) will become available for use December 31, 2023.  FAFSA provides more than $120 billion in grants, loans and work-study funds each year to help pay for college or career school.  To apply for this aid, you must complete the FAFSA form.  State governments and many colleges and career schools use your FAFSA information to award you their aid.  Some schools won't even consider you for merit scholarships (scholarships based on academic achievement or other talents and skills) until you have submitted a FAFSA.  So, even if you don't think you will qualify for aid, be sure to complete your FAFSA.  For more information CLICK HERE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE FAFSA WEBSITE
