Cougar Nation Televison (CNTV 28) is the primary content outlet for the video production program at Spanish Springs High School, part of the C3 Media Academy. Programming on CNTV 28 is student lead and directed, but advised by the CNTV 28 program manager.

CNTV Insider is CNTV 28's premier general news and variety show, currently airing LIVE every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. CNTV Insider looks at current events on the Spanish Springs campus and in the surrounding community.
S3 Sports
S3 Sports is CNTV 28's LIVE sports production arm. In partnership with the NIAA and the NFHS Network, S3 Sports brings viewers the best that Spanish Springs Athletics has to offer. Broadcasts feature live commentary and analysis, in addition to behind the scenes athlete profiles.
