1. "You do not have permission to view dropped assessments":

This means your teacher has DROPPED the assignment. You may put a GREEN CHECK MARK next to it and continue past it.

2. "You may not access this item until all previous assessments are submitted":

This means you (most likely accidentally) MISSED submitting a previous assignment. Look closely on your planner to see the ICONS which indicate the types of SUBMITTED assignments you will do for each lesson. This means you still need to GREEN CHECK MARK a previous assignment and/or complete the submission.
