Welcome to our Parent Teacher Organization page for Michael Inskeep Elementary School. We have a small group of parents who have begun to create our bylaws and policies. Our next step is to hold a general meeting to see who would like to run for an Executive Board position.
Below are descriptions of the positions for the PTO Executive Board. Each position has a term of one (1) year. We will use the same zoom link for the Tuesday, May 18th at 3:45 meeting where you can cast your vote for officers.
President - prepares agendas and presides at the General PTO meetings, and retains all official records of the PTO.
Vice President - oversees the committee system of the PTO, assists the President, and chairs meetings in the absence of the President.
Secretary - records and distributes minutes of all meetings (board and general), holds historical records, and distributes minutes for review.
Treasurer - serves as a custodian of the PTO's finances, collects revenue, and reports financial activity every month.

Michael Inskeep ES is at the beginning stages of creating a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Our beginning Parent Advisory Council, who established our Mascot, Colors, and Logo, is the start of our PTO and we would like to open up the group to gather more ideas, thoughts, and opportunities.
During the next 2-3 months we will be working on bylaws. If that is your jam, please let us know so we can invite you to the meetings.
