  • Mighty Mustangs,

We are in uncertain times with the Coronavirus and are still learning a lot about it. If you would like to learn more, please visit: https://www.washoeschools.net/covid19

Virtual Learning begins on Wednesday, April 1 and staff members will be reaching out to you via email, phone calls, text messages, Flip Grid, Facebook groups, IC Messenger, Nearpod, Bloomz, snail mail, and more to ensure we have constant communication with our students and you.

Please visit this site for the digital learning opportunities by grade bands (K-2, 3-5, 6th, etc.): https://www.washoeschools.net/Page/14430

At this time, we are unable to check out student devices to students - I wish we could! If you do not have access to the lessons digitally, that is okay. Paper packets were available for pick up at Natchez Elementary School, as well mailed to those unable to pick up. We want to thank all those families that worked together to help out neighbors to get packets to our Mighty Mustang students.

The pick-up locations for WCSD Nutrition Meals and the Natchez Food Pantry. These locations are at nearly all regular bus stops for our Natchez ES, Mendive MS, and Reed HS students. Natchez Elementary School foyer is also a pick-up location from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

For students to receive meals and households to receive Food Pantry bags please go to the nearest bus stop location. Pick up begins at 9:00 am for the first stop. Times and list of stops are provided in email, Natchez Website and Facebook.
