2021-2022 School Year

Once again this school year, we will limit visitors, volunteer and guests. Only staff, students and specific visitors/guests will be allowed in the building (e.g. Families for IEP meetings; WCSD service and central office staff) and on campus grounds on school days. Please note that this includes after school since we run an after school program. See Campus Information for more details.

All visitors, volunteer and guests are required to report to the office. To assist with ensuring a safe and secure campus and mitigate COVID-19 exposure risks, we will use the visitor management systems LobbyGuard in the vestibule. All visitors, volunteers and guests need to provide a photo ID and sign in the visitor management system. The systems completed automatic background checks as part of the sign-in process.

In order to mitigate COVID-19 risks, we ask that all staff, students/families, visitors volunteers and guests review the COVID-19 Screening Tool before coming on to campus.
