Morning Entrance Gates

There are two entrance gates to allow access to our campus in the morning before school. Starting the 2021-2022 school year, only students may access the campus through these gates during school hours. This allows us to provide a safe and orderly campus before school and secure the boundary immediately after classes begin. Parents can wait with their students in the front of the school on the benches or in the Parent Plaza until the Line-up Bell sounds at 8:57a. All gates are locked at 9:00a.

All visitors to campus must report to the main office (facing Berrum Lane) and sign-in for access to our school buildings and grounds.

Access Gates:

- The student access gate to the primary playground (at the front of the school) opens at 8:45a.
- The student access gate to the intermediate playground (at the back of the school) opens at 8:50a

Please make sure your children do not arrive early, before the gates are scheduled to open. 

Afternoon Exit Gates

All gates are open for student dismissal this includes the student access gate to the primary playground (front, West side), student access gat to intermeidate clasrooms (front East side) and student access gate to the intermediate playground (back, East side). Parents are able to wait outside the gates to greet students. Starting the 2021-2022 school year, only students may access these gates to exit campus. Parents are able to wait outside the gate of their choice to greet students. This allows us to provide a safe and orderly campus after school and secure the boundary immediately after classes end and our after school program begins.

Checking-Out Your Student from Class

Parents or guardians are able to check out students at the Main Office. Student check-out is managed through our LobbyGuard system. Parents or guardians must be present at the time of check-out and need to present your driver's license to confirm identity. We do not release students early to wait for parents at the front office.

Please plan additional time or leave plenty of time to have your child called out of class and complete the LobbyGuard check-out process.

Given the length of time it takes to check-out a student through this process, we do not check students out from class lesson than fifteen minutes before the end of the school day.
