  • Volunteer Information

    Beasley welcomes parents and community volunteers to help within the school and classrooms. WCSD has a couple of steps in order to keep our schools safe. Volunteer forms are in the office or attached to the link below. After filling out the application please return to office with a Photo I.D. If you have students that attend different schools an application is required to be filled out at each school. When you are volunteering at Beasley, you are required to have your drivers license with you in order to check into our Raptor. 
     
    Please take into consideration that all applications may take up to 3 weeks to complete.  Remember this amount of time when planning to volunteer.
     
     
    Application  
     Adult Volunteer Application (AF 1537)- This form is for all volunteers over 18 years old (parents, grandparents, community and others).
     
    Solicitud de Voluntario de la Escuela de Adultos (AF1537-Sp, Adult School Volunteer Application Spanish) - este formulario es para todos los voluntarios mayores de 18 años (padres, abuelos, u otros).
     
    Under 18 School Volunteer Application-  This form is for volunteers under the age of 18. Parental permission is required before form will be accepted. No background check is required.
