Dear Lemmon Valley Families,
It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself, Daniel Kirk, as the new Principal at Lemmon Valley Elementary School. My passion for education and supporting the success of all students has been shaped over the past 14 years as an elementary school teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. I am humbled by the collective purpose for the upcoming years to make it our number one priority at Lemmon Valley to ensure that ALL students, staff, and families have a positive and safe educational experience.
I look forward to learning with you and from you all this year. We will continue to develop a positive educational experience for all students so that we continue to raise the bar for students, academically challenging and engaging each student by linking what they're learning in school to knowledge and experiences that matter most to them. We will be committed to a strong collaboration towards student learning at Lemmon Valley Elementary. Together, we can ensure that we are all learning and growing for our number one priority: Doing what is best for OUR students!
During these tough times with the pandemic and all the changes we are facing with education, I want everyone to be reassured that as the leader of Lemmon Valley Elementary School I will be doing everything in my power to provide a learning experience that does the very best to keep our students safe, healthy, and given the best possible education. We must come together as a school community and collaborate in a way that has never been seen before to give our Lemmon Valley students the greatest opportunity for growth and success.
It is through immense enthusiasm and pride that I look forward to becoming an integral part of the community with my own family and working with each of you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions, concerns, and ideas that you would like to discuss.
