WCSD requires all volunteers to complete a volunteer application form as one of many measures to help keep our schools safe. Volunteer forms are in the office or attached to the links below. After filling out the application, please return it to the office with a Photo I.D. If you have students that attend different schools, an application is required to be filled out at each individual school. When you are volunteering, you are required to have your driver's license with you in order to check in and receive a visitor's pass. This is for both field trips and onsite volunteer opportunities.

 

Please take into consideration that all applications may take up to 3 weeks to complete.  Remember this amount of time when planning to volunteer or attend a field trip.

 

 

Adult Volunteer Application (AF 1537)- This form is for all volunteers over 18 years old (parents, grandparents, community and others).

 

Solicitud de Voluntario de la Escuela de Adultos (AF1537-Sp, Adult School Volunteer Application Spanish) - este formulario es para todos los voluntarios mayores de 18 años (padres, abuelos, u otros).

 

Under 18 School Volunteer Application-  This form is for volunteers under the age of 18. Parental permission is required before the form is accepted. No background check is required.
